  Been goin to this store for a while now . and everytime im there i find plenty of things that are far too overpriced . there have been plenty of times i find the staff have no clue what they are talking about . i was told i couldnt buy a couple of goldfish because at the time i didnt have a phone number i could give them pathetic . far to many dead fish which i was told they cant remove .so then they run the risk of other fish getting sick but before they begin to show any health problem they get sold to customers .and then risk their home fish getting sick . i really find that a joke . when the store first opened it was brilliant but over the last couple years its gone downhill bigtime the only good thing i can say is they a have plenty of live food for exotic pets which is well priced and always restocked each week . but other then that very poor .

  Just like to say the Sudbury (Suffolk) store is undoubtedly the best pet store around the area. Always spotlessly clean. No goods left in the aisles in the way of customers. Good easy to find layout. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendlly. One particular staff member, Bianca, always more than happy to help and appears to have considerable knowledge overall, very personable lady, an asset to the company and the store .
