  The best Ford dealership I've ever dealt with. Sales are extremely polite and cannot do enough to help you and this doesn't stop once you've bought a car, one year down the line and they are still helping whenever I need anything. Just had my car serviced with them and once again very polite, professional and helpful. I drive for 1hour and 45 minutes to this dealership and it's well worth it. Thanks guys.

  I took my van in for 30000 mike service, booked in and dropped off in the morning. Late afternoon I was contacted to be asked which service was due! And also that both front and rear break pads required replacing. I thought by now the vehicle would be ready. The first service on this new van had been carried out by the same people due to its locality. But as this hadn’t been documented they didn’t have records, I did point out that their sticker in the window from the last service may give them a clue. So instead of the one day, the van was in for a second. I collected the vehicle £585 for service and the pads! Three days after the service,The fuel filter light came on, it hadn’t ever before. I contacted lookers who booked it in. Apparently, even though I had paid nearly £600 the week before, this light wasn’t covered. New filter was installed and further cost, fair enough they charged the fleet rate I must say I have used this outlet before, spent a lot of money, but find the whole experience costly and harsh. In the future I will be going to another ford garage, I should have learnt from my previous experiences, and travelled a bit.
